Overall, there was the same rate of marriages in 1970 and 1980. The married adults demonstrated the highest percentage in 1970 and 2000.
Regarding the first chart, the divorces people experienced the same rate, which was one million in 1970 and 2000. In turn the marriages were slightly less than in previous years in 1990. The divorces gradually increased in 1980, reaching almost 1,5 millions. In 1990 the rate of divorces indicated a bit more than in 1970. However, the divorce rate decreased to 2 millions in 2000.
Turning to the next chart, in 2000 never married growns-up were 20%, while in 1970 they were a little less . Married growns-up peaked to 70% in 1970, whereas in 2000 the proportion fell to 60 %.Furthemore, widowed adults recorded approximately 10%. In 2000 it reduced minimally. The lowest percentage was shown by divorced adults which was minimally more than 0%. In 2000 it registered almost 10%.
