The pie charts compare the percentage of energy generated from seven different source in one country in the year 1985 and 2003.
It is clear that the highest proportion of energy generated from oil and nuclear. By contrast the percentage of energy generated from other and hydrogen was lowest.
In 1985, the major source of energy production come from oil at 52% which was almost the half of the proportion and it was decreased and reached at 39% in 2003 . The use of nuclear also declined from 22% to 17 % over the given period.
On the other hand, the use of natural gas and coal showed a a increase from 13 %and 8% in 1985 to 23%and 13% in 2003 respectively. The proportion of hydrogen remain same in the given period. Other renewable source increased from 1 % to 4 % over the given period of 18 years.
