The two bar charts illustrate the age of people who are more intended to buy ticket for concert, cinema and theater online and the common routs that they use to buy tickets in three different countries – Australia, the UK and Malaysia.
Overall, the first chart approves that the people between 25-44 are more likely to buy tickets for various activities in Australia and the United Kingdom in 2013. In contrast, Malaysia had more interested people in buying tickets who were over 65 years old.
Beginning with the first chart, the trend for people between 25-44 years old were in the highest number for both Australia and the UK with a number over 50% in 2013 compared with 65+ age group with a percentage over 40%. In contrast, people who were over 65 years old were more likely to buy tickets in Malaysia with 40% compare to 25-44 who were around 40% in the same year.
Approved by the second chart, desktop computer, laptop and mobile phone had the highest number in Malaysia with over 60%, 40% and 30% respectively. In contrast, desktop computers with 60% and mobile phones with over 20% got the lowest percentage in Australia in 2013 and the same percentage for laptops with Malaysia. In addition, the most common means of access to buy tickets in the UK was desktop computer with approximately 60%. For the second equipment, laptops and mobile phones got the 30% and over 20% respectively.
