Overall, the most important factors people follow when they purchase a mobile phone are price and design of phones, in Country A and Country B respectively. Furthermore, in both countries people pay almost similar attention to their friend’s recommendations to buy a phone.
Looking at dominated factors first, people focus on price of a phone 50% in Country A, while focusing on phone’s design 40% in second Country. The friends recommendations’ role is 33% and 32% in Country A and Country B respectively.
Interestingly, the price, which is dominated for choosing a phone in first country, plays just 9% role in Country B; similarly, the design, which is dominated in Country B, is just 10% role in Country A. The brand’s index in Country A (7%) is higher when compared to Country B by 12%.
