The provided two charts display what kinds of jobs the drop out graduates and post-graduates, who do not have full time jobs, did in 2008.
Overall, both types of students continue studying the most after even leaving college. However, both of the groups did volunteer work the least.
First of all, the number of UK graduates(17,735) works as a part timer while there is a maximum number of 30,000 students in the first chart, making this number over half of the total. On the other hand, there are 25,35 post graduates as part timers out of a total of 30,000. The total number of graduates and post graduates who volunteer are 3,500 and 3,45 respectively, making them about 10 times different between these groups. This is also the case for the quantity of the “further study” section. Specifically, in this type of work, the amount of the graduates almost reach the maximum number in the first chart and those of post graduates are also the same, 2,725 students out of 3000. Finally, the quantity of graduates and postgraduates who did not have any kind of jobs after dropping out of college differ by also about ten times, 16,235 and 1,625 respectively.
