Overall, what stands out from the tables is that both club and general members are satisfied in terms of production quality, information and facilities. However, club members are significantly more satisfied with facilities, compared to general ones.
In the production quality, as much as 70 percent of club members record this section as excellent, similarly general members with 67 percent. Poor rating has approximately the same proportion, 13 percent by club and 15 percent by general public. Infrormation about plays, a section with the highest percentages in excellent, accounting for 72 percent and 88 percent by club and general members respectively.
With regards to poor rating, there is not dramatic difference between members, comprising 5 percent by club and 2 percent by general. The facilities section see a noticeable members gap, excellent rating constitutes 20 percent difference, where the least satisfied is general members. Poor rating shows a dramatic gap, 2 percent by club and 26 percent by public.
