The first chart shows the average percentage of sodium intake. Dinner contains highest proportion of sodium (43%) whereas lunch contains only 29 %of sodium. Breakfast and snacks contains only 14 %of sodium. The second chart presents the average percentage saturated fat. 37% of saturated fat is consumed in dinner. Lunch contributes to a consumption of 26% saturated fat followed by snacks contain 21% and breakfasts with 16%.
