The pie chart illustrates the average ratio in typical meals of three types of nutrients which ma be harmful if eaten excessive amount.
Overall; it is clearly observed that, dinner had the excessive ratio of sodium and saturated fat whereas in added sugar, snacks had more proportion.
While analyzing the pie chart, dinner and lunch had large proportions gor both sodium 43% for dinner and 29% for lunch and saturated fat 37% for dinner and 26% for lunch. But, snack had huge ratio of added sugar which was 42% respectively. Then, snacks and breakfast had same ratio 14% of sodium. Similarly, saturated fat and sugar both have 16% in snacks. 19% in lunch had lowest ratio of added sugar. Snacks consumed 21% of saturated fat. Snacks consumed lowest ratio of sodium whereas breakfast consumed less proportion of both saturated fat and added sugar.
