Overall, it is readily apparent that sodium and saturated dominate in dinner while added sugar represents the largest proportion of snacks. Additionally, all meals account for a small fraction of the total.
Looking at the details, dinner, which accounts for 43%, is by far the largest percentage of the total sodium. With just under three in ten, lunch ranks second. Moreover, Breakfast has a similar fraction to snacks, at 14%.
Moving on to the other charts, for saturated fat, lunch and snacks make up 26% and 21% respectively. Snacks stands at 42% for added sugar. For added sugar, dinner is slightly higher than lunch, at 23% compared to 19%. At 16%, breakfast is the least contributor for both saturated fat and added sugar.
