The charts give information about typical temperatures in a year in three big cities: London, New York and Sydney, while the table shows the total hours of sunshine per year in the same cities given.
Overall, the average temperatures in London and New York increased substantially starting from January to Jun, it continued to rise before dropping from August to December. In Sydney, however, temperatures fell gradually from January to Jun to grow again from July to December. Total annual hours of sunshine in London are half than they are in New York and Sydney.
London and New York demonstrated similar monthly temperatures per year. They both stood up at approximately 05 degrees starting from January. In New York, the number of degrees increased to reach the highest point at around 29 degrees in August, it then fell steadily to reach roughly 6 degrees by December. Similarely to London city, temperature rose gradually reaching a maximum of approximately 25 degrees in August before decreasing to attain about 10 degrees by December.
In comparison with these two major cities, Sydney temperatures are reversed , they fell off over seven months starting from January to July, moving from 30 degrees approximately to about 15 degrees respectively. This was followed by a substantial increase, from July to December, reaching 25 degrees.
Total annual hours of sunshine in both New York and Sydney cities were 2633 and 2520 respectively, whereas the total in London was about the half of it at 1196, making it the least city with sunshine.
