The bar chart illustrates the average amount of time wasted by users of a European county on various types of media, such as social media, newspapers, radio, online streaming, television, in 2010 and in 2015.
In 2010, people ( about 40%) preferred mostly TV as a type of media compared with other devices. Moreover, radio was also one of the popular one, almost 25% of people spent their time by listening radio. Also there were a few percent of users who used social media, online streaming and newspapers.
In 2015, the tendency was changed significantly where the average percentage of social media and online streaming users increased to 20% in both cases. However, people were less interested in TV, newspapers and radio, having a dramatic decrease in their percentage.
To conclude, the huge difference was observed in all sections, and the time spent by users was considerably changed during the period, having the highest percentage in social media and live streaming users.
