In 1920, the most popular device was washing machine stating at 40% of all households, second popular was vacuum cleaner and then refrigerator.
The share of washing machine owners slightly increase in 1960 till 70% with stayed stable till the end of 2019 at 71%.
In contrast, households with vacuum cleaners and refrigerators incline sharply from 1940. The percentage of households with refrigerators peaks in 1980 at 100% and stays stable till 2019. The same dynamic in a percentage growth shown by vacuum cleaners, from 30% in 1920 to 100% in 2000.
Percentage of households with refrigerators and vacuum cleaners achieved 100% for the last almost 100 years, while the share of washing machines showed the stable growth among other electrical appliances.
