The first table makes a comparison between the number of minutes in 24 hours which were used for recreational activities by females and males in 2008, while the second bar chart illustrates the difference from the time that females and meals spent per household in the day over the same year mentioned.
Looking from an overall perspective, both men and women enjoyed their day by social media most and also spent less of their average time relaxing through sport exercises. Through the bar chart, women have a tendency to use their average time on almost all activities concerning the household than men, especially in cooking and washing.
Turning to the first table, the quantity of minutes that men spent watching television, listening to radio as well as reviewing videos was higher than that of women (at 137 minutes and 118 minutes respectively). Similarly,the figure for sporty in men at 15 minutes which witnessed larger than women’s, 11 minutes. By contrast, females enjoy reading books more than males despite the graph between them being not far ( 19 and 18 in turn).
As for the bar chart, the amount of time that women spent cooking and washing was double that of men (around half of hours and roughly 75 minutes respectively). In line with the first field, the females shopping’s time was approximately 25 minutes, which was higher than the figure for men, at about 22 minutes per day, whereas clothing, washing, ironing were activities that women used to make in the the day with the high extension than that of men ( almost 25 minutes and 10 minutes respectively). By contrast, above one third hour was seen in the time that males used to fix something which was recognised higher than that of females, at more or less 25 minutes per day over the same period given.
