The chart represents data about persons from different age groups who use the library for various purposes, while the table data shows the age sections margin of library users.
In the chart, for research purposes, almost 55% of high school students were using the library, which is higher than university students and students aged 25-29. A similar trend has been followed in the use of the library for borrowing books. However, a reverse trend was followed by students, where 20% of newspapers were borrowed from the library by young, non-adult students.
In the table, 72% of high school students utilized the library in 2012, while 58% and 54% of students were from age (18-24) and age (25-29) respectively. Moreover, almost double the library users from age (16-17) compared to those aged (25-29) got assistance from the librarian. Apart from this, 74% of senior adults thought that the library is important, which is 11% and 20% higher than university and school students.
Overall, I think that young school students were more interested in learning in the library and got assistance from the librarian. They utilized the library for exploring new things and learning from new books, while those aged (25-29) focused more on newspapers, and they believed that the library plays a crucial role in learning.
