The given pie charts exhibit the distribution of various kind of energy production in Finland in 1990 2010.

Overall, it can be seen that in both year energy produced by coal distributed the most. Whereas at first “other” and at the end hydro produced energy the least.

With a closer look, in 1990 coal was almost a third of the distributed energy in Finland. In 2010 it’s contribution increased by 10% and became 40%. which was the most. Moreover the “other” section also experienced a small growth of 5%. Which helped this part to contribute 15% energy in 2010 in Finland.

In contrast, Gas, which was a quarter of Finland’s energy distribution in 1990 saw a decreased of 5% in the year 2010. Furthermore, hydro also slightly decreased by 5% and became 10% of the countries energy distribution in 2010 from 15% in 1990. Also another important data, nuclear. What was two-thenth of Finland’s power distribution dropped at 15% in 2010. And became the second least energy source where hydro distributed the least in 2010.
