Overall, while the majority of all water is salt water, the minority of world’s water is fresh water and its largest amount contains on ice and Glaciers. When it comes to the usage of water, water is primarily use in Agriculture in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, meanwhile, the largest amount of water is used in Industry in Canada.
As can be seen on the Pie maps, 97% of total amount of water in the world is salt water, and only 3% of fresh water can can be used for humans. Nevetherless, a large amount of fresh water is formed as ice and glaciers, at 79% while ground water and surface water take up 20% and 1%, respectively.
From the column map, three countries are compared about the use of water in three different categories: agriculture, domestic and industry. If Egypt and Saudi Arabia exhibit the same level of water use: 80%, 10% and 7% in every segments. Canada exposes a significant number with the highest figure belongs to industry, at 80% while Agriculture and industry account for 9%.
