The charts provide data on what water was used and percentage of consumed water in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Canada, along with water allocation.
Overall, in amount of all water, the ratio of salt water is higher, while fresh water mostly consisted of ice and glaciers. While, people less likely used water for domestic needs, agriculture and industry required great amount o water.
According to the pie charts, there were two types of water: all water and fresh water. In first type, salt water made up the highest proportion with 97%, while fresh water only 3%. In the proportion of fresh water, ice and glaciers composed almost four-fifths, while surface and ground water only 1% and 20% each in order.
As it is shown, population of Egypt significantly demanded water for agriculture, while Canadian people greatly needed it for industry, comprising the same ratio each- 80%.
In addition, domestic need for water was always lesser compared to others in all three counties. For example, about 11% of water was used on domestic in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. While Canada dramatically invested in industry (80%), water supply on industry in both states Egypt and Saudi Arabia was used with slightest percentage at nearly 10%.
