In 1984, french language has the higher participants about 50 whereas the German relay on 20 and Spanish has the least participants of around 4.
Around 30 years later the interest in learning other language in an English speaking country is decline. However the french language still has the highest candidates around 25, with the German about 15 students and Spanish increase their student to 10.
