The bar charts represents primary factors for study among learners of five age groups. Also the financial assistance they received from their managers. Overall, it is evident that the majority of the young learners are studying for the purpose of career development. However, there is contradiction of old learners are more likely to study for thier own interest. The young learners are more likely to receive financial assistance from their employers.
To begin with, learners of age under 26 years old are more focus on thier career which is around 80% which is the highest. However, the age group of learners above 49 is seeking for employment which is around 20% respectively the lowest. In addition, the mid-age group of learners ratio is 40% equal for both the paths.
Then, the financial assistance from employers is also different. The learners of age group under 26 are more likely to receive financial assistance from their employers around 65% which is the highest. However, the mid-age (30-39) learners are less likely to receive financial assistance from their employers around 30% which is the lowest. In addition, the learners of age group above 49 are more likely to receive financial assistance from their employers around 40% respectively.
