Overall, it is clear that the interest of study in eldery people is much bigger than in youngs once. On the other hand, the employer support is greater in younger and then reduce.

Under 26 study rate in students at 80%. With in the age of 26 to 29 this rate decline and became almost 68%. Concidrable amount of reduction at the age of 30 to 39 about 56%. Only 40% study rate at the age of 40 to 49. It went down over 49 age less than 20% which is aproximatially 18%. At the same time in yongs under 26, the interest is only 10%. Probabbly, this rises and goes to 18% and further skyrocket. With passage of time in the up age this goes to 70% in next 19 years.

The employer support under 26 age is nearly 60%. This will minimize with the time and reached at 50% at the age of 26 to 29. In the age of 30 to 49 there were variation between the fees. In 30 to 39 it is at 32% and it slightly goes up in next 10 years. In the age of over 49 it rose up to almost 45%.
