Overall, it is obvious that as time went on, individuals represented more interests in eating food in restaurants. According to the second image, fast-food has become more preferable compared to sit-down restaurants until the end of the period.
Looking at the details, the rate of money which was spent on buying and consuming meals from other places rather than homemade dishes was 10% at first. Then, it soared to five times higher which was 50% until 2000. The line chart shows that ordering food in restaurants was more common among the society just for about a decade from 1970. Even though number of the fast-food meals and sit-down restaurants were equally the same at 20 per year in the beginning of the period, it can be found that people tended to choose the fast-food considerably by the end, which is considered almost double of food in the restaurant.
