Looking at higher figures, the proportion of computer experienced a considerable rise in 2000, reaching 30%. Oppositely, the percentage for phone started at 30% in 1980, but this was followed by a sharp drop to 17% in 2000. In addition, the quantity of other activities and in person communication were remain at almost 15% in both years.
By contrast, the proportion of paper document decreased by 10% in 2000, when a new section was introduced accounting for 8%. Meanwhile, the percentage for meetings started at 19% in 1980, a figure that then declined noticeably to 6% in 2000.
