Overall, it is clear that bus drivers in 1999 was the most punctual compared to further years, while in all observed time they did not reach they target number, except in 2003. However, passengers were not fully satisfied by bus services, most of the time amount of complaints grow through years, so it has reached peak in 2003.
According to the chart, 85% of buses have arrived on time in 1999, then decreased to 82% in 2000 followed by rise in 2001, from this point value was between 84 and 85 % untill the end. As for target score it started with 86% in 1999 and fall by 2% after each two years, only in 2003 number was around 84.5%.
Moving to number of complaints, value fluctuates from the start until 2001 which is approximately 70 complaints, then steadily grow up to 2003 and get to 120.
