This report will describe the two bar chats those showing the performance of a bus company. First graph, is evaluating the comparizen betwwen real values and targets of company in diiferents years. While the second graph just describes public complaints.
Overall, we can see that company has performed well in all years and almost achieved its targes, except in 2000 when company has just grow to 82% but its target was 86%. In second graph we can clerify that passengers complains are increasing in percentage with time.
In first graph, company got 85% profit only 1% less than target percentage in 1999. In 2002, company performance was very bad but after then company almost compete its goals in 2001 or 2002. But in 2003, its shown an amazing shot and achieved more then its desires.
In other graph, company only got 75% complaints in per thousand passengers journey in 1999. But in 2000, value increased to 100% and again drop to 85% in 2001. After that travelers negative comments increase to 100% and then 120% in 2003.
