Firstly, costumers in reality started fluctuated at 85% in 1999, felt dramatically until 82% in 2000 and slight different in 3 years after with almost 85% in 2003. On the other hand, the target which setted by company showed for both first and second year at 86% in 1999 and 2000. Unfortunately, it decreased gradually to under 85% in 2003.
Secondly, total complaints from traveled altered from 1999 until 2003. In 1999, company got more than 60.000 issues. Although the concerned going up to 100.000 in 2000 and dropped down above 80.000 in 2001, the rested showed highest at 120.000 in 2003.
