The best service was offered by the company in the year 1999, the service at the right time was noted to be 85% falling behind the target just by 1%. In addition to that, the number of complaints are reported to be around 70, which is the least in a single year. In 2003, the actual % was slightly higher than the target %, the service provider have not achieved this performance in any other year. However, the complaints reached the peak value of 120 in 2003.
The year 2000 accounts for the worst service provided by the organisation, which is only 82% and missing the target with a margin of 4%. Moreover, 100 complaints were registered in the same year, positioning itself at the third highest place during the given period of time.
