While the first bar graph illustrates the percentages arriving on time (actual and target), the second bar chart demonstrates the number of complaints between 1999 and 2003. Overall, both actual and target punctuality rate decreased in the final year, the reverse was true for complaints.
With regards to the first bar graph, the figure for actual punctuality rate was dropped from 85% in 1999 to 82% in 2000. After having a sharp decline, it increased to 84.5% in 2001 down from 82%. In the following year, actual punctuality rate declined markedly to 84% in 2002. Despite that the percentage of actual punctuality rate increased to about 84.7% in the final year. Meanwhile, the percentage of target punctuality rate was 85% in 1999 and remained stable in 2000. In 2001, a slight decrease was seen in the proportion of target punctuality rate to 85%, and it remained unchanged in 2002. Moreover, the figure for it dropped to about 84.5% in the final year.
Turning to the second chart, there was a noticeable increase in the number of complaints from 70 in 1999 to 100 in 2000. In spite of a growth, it declined to about 85 in 2001, down from 100. However, a noticeable rise was observed the numbers of complaints from 85 to 110 in 2002. In the given last year, the figure for complaints reached to 120.
