Overall, what stands out from the graph is that there were considerable upraw trends in the inclome of both UK and USA, while the Italia Portugal have a differences change. Another interesting point in Portugal becouse around 15 years they was a little change to spending on road and transport, but the difference is smal between Italia and Portugal, Portugal is a little bit than Italia around 5%, USA and UK very little compared than Italia and Portugal, USA are a litle bit than UK around 4%.
looking at the details to graph Portugal in 1990 habe a 28% and Italy by the time have a 20%, the difference between them is a 8%, but after 5 years when it 1995 it was changed around 5%, 5 years ago 8% and 5 years after it was 5% differences in a Italy. By the way in 2000 all the same, but after 5 years everthing has changed Italy and Prtugal fell 10% both and make up 20% portugal and 14% Italy.
By contrast, USA and UK have a little change both them. In a 1990 USA have a little more than UK around 2%. By the time after 5 years UK it become more than USA around 2%. But still everything came back to the same place USA has become much more than UK around 10% thisa graph in 2000 years and after 5 years in a 2005 there almost no changes than 5 years ago.
