The bar chart compares 4 countries-namely Italia,Portugal,UK,USA-in terms of performance of spending on roads in 1990 to 2005
Overall the percentage of government who chose spending on roads and transport rose in all countries,with the exception UK where the rate remained unchanged at a low level. It is also worth mentioning that is Portugal which did not grow almost the same, but also decreasing from 27,5 approximately to 20 from the period 1990 to 2005.
Focusing on the proportions in 1990,USA had the highest percentage of spending on road and transport at roughly 12,5 approximately to 15 percentage and has constant growth from 1990 to 2005.
Italy had constant jumps in growth and decline from 1990 was 22,5% and decreasing to 20% from 1995 and grown up to 24% approximately and fall again to 18% from 2005 and the worst decline in the period of approximately 6%.
Summing up all countries exception USA was fall from 1990 to 2005 .
