The 2 charts illustates the physical activity levels of both genders in england between 2016 and 2017 and show the activities they took part in. In general, the level of adult men and women joined the physical activity was not significantly different for both, however, there were differences in the type of activities they chose to do.
The first bar shows clearly that men were physically active than women, this is 63%, 58% respectively. However, the same proportion of male and female were considered to be inactive. Similarly, the percentage of peole who were fairly active, was larly the same too
The second bar chart indicates that the most popular physical activity for women was walking for leisure with nearly a quarter of them taking part. Following by the percentage of women did fitness activites which approximately 19%. They were much less doing walking for travel.
