The two pie charts give information about the proportion of individuals’ spending on various commodities and services in a particular European country between 1998 and 2007.
Overall, it can be seen that, housing and clothing have showed the largest proportion of people’s spending, whereas travel/transports has demonstrated the lowest proportion for both years.With regards the highest commodities,large numbers amount of money were spent on clothing and housing 32% and 22% percent respectively. However,in 2007 clothing consumption of clothing was decreased considerably to12%,whereas housing was increased significantly to 32%. Notably, the usage of food and luxury goods appeared to be the lowest in the first year,then, their proportion increased significantly,reaching 17% for both commodities.
On the other hand,entertainment and transport/travel used to be higher 18% and 13% respectively,then they were dropped significantly 16% and 6% respectively.
