To begin,in 2000 we can assert that there is 30 percent of people who wasnt aware of any other languages except British.The ratio of french speakers was one third that of british students or native speaker.20 percent of university’s population consist of spanish speakers,where as french speakers and another language speakers are 5 percent lower than that of spanish with 15 percentage of total students.
