Overall, the Satisfactory rating was the most significant portion in 2005, then decreased in 2010, overtaken by the Good rating, with the Excellent rating escalating behind. This indicates an improvement in the services provided.
According to the data, the top three ratings in 2005 were Satisfactory, Poor, and very poor, with 45%, 21%, and 15% respectively. Signifying a portion of the guests disapproval with the various services provided. However, those ratings decreased by a substantial amount in 2010, with 17% Satisfactory, 12% Poor, and 4% very poor.
In 2010, guests reported higher quality services at Parkway Hotel. Rating Good and excellent, with 39% and 28% respectively. Whilst in 2005, Excellent and Good scored the lowest numbers. This noteworthy change demonstrates an upgrade in provided customer service during this year.
