The pie graph demonstrated the proportion of questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel’s consumer service. Also the same questionnaire were giving 100 guests between 2005 and 2010.
Overall, the customet service was giving in five different types are Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor and Very poor. The satisfactory was a largest percentage in the start of period, while the majority consumer were giving good rates by the final year. Notably, the number of customer given are excellect and very poor has the lowest propotions in over a period.
In 2005, the proportion of customer given rated satisfactory had 45% in the beginning of the period, while the second major was poor rates in Parkway Hotel in this period. Moreover, the consumer rates were very poor and good those are they giving rates below 15%. However, the least percentage is excellent at 5%.
The following period, the consumers were giving rates in satisfactory dramatically declined to 17%, whereas those given poor rates aslo decreased of 21% to 12% by 2010. Conversely, good and excellent rates was increased to higher than the other rates during this period. Furthermore, at 4% in very poor, which is the least percentage to compared other types at the end of the period.
