It is also striking to note that people under 30 and above 30 find doing well at work the most joyful thing in life.
Regarding similarities, achievement at work is the most important thing for individuals under the age of 30 and over 30, which comprises 31% for the former and 32% for the latter. In the same vein, young adults identify doing hobbies as the second most content factor, which is slightly lower than that of other age group at 22% and 24% in turn. In contrast, other factors constitute 14% of the total elements of happiness in people in their 20s, higher than the corresponding figure for adults above 30 at a tenth, making this the least vital feature for the two age ranges.
Turning to the disparities, nearly a fifth of examined factors which makes people under 30 pleasant is distributed on having a good appearance, followed by the percentage of traveling at 15%. Neither of these factors is mentioned by the other bracket. Instead, exactly 20% of people above 30 report that financial stability makes them joyful, which is marginally higher than the figure for being with family at 17%
