The charts display the percentages of six types of rates from visitors about Parkway hotel’s customer service between 2005 and 2010. Overall, there is a fluctuating trend of all different valuations, whereas, the percentage of good and excellent reviews experienced a surge growth over the recorded period.
‘Good’ accounted for the highest percentage of rates in 2010, at 39%, although it started with just 14% in the past five years. Similarly, the percentage of excellence stood only at 5% in 2005 and soared to 28% over the following five years, leading it to become the second highest rate by 2010.
In contrast, 45% of visitors in 2005 marked satisfactory as their evaluation service, but the value witnessed a downward review, dropping dramatically to 14% at the end of the period. Followed by ‘poor’, the percentage declined by 9% throughout the following period. In 2010, only 5% of hotel customers voted on ‘very poor’ rating.
