Overall, it is evident that questionnaire was given to hundred people and at the begining the ratings of the service were satisfactory;however, over a time period ratings had increased.

In 2005, most of the reviews were moderate. Majority of the visitors had voted for the satisfactory and poor quality of service and stood at 45% and 21% respectively, while only 5% of guests voted for the excellent quality of service.

In 2010, the feedbacks significantly increased and ratings became primarily positive. Good and excellent ratings stood at 39% and 28%, which is superior to 2005.
