Overall, the amount of funds spent has changed over the years for all art sectors and it was equalized for three sectors in 2020. In addition, the highest percentage of funds was spent on Performing Arts in 2000, while the lowest one was spent on Music in the same year.
In 2000, 35% of the funds were spent on Performing Arts which was the highest percentage. The proportion which was spent on Visual Arts and Heritage was the same at 20%. 15% of the funds were spent on Literature, just before the lowest rate was spent on music by 10%.
The proportion of funds allocated to the Visual Arts, Performing Arts, adn Heritage sectors was equalized at 25% in 2020. As for the proportion of funds spent on Literature and Music departments, the figures swpped places compared to 2000: this time, 10% was spent on Music and 15% on Literature.
