The two pie charts provide information about a public library survey, showing the distribution of respondents by target group and the aspects of the library that were rated most positively. Overall, readers made up the largest proportion of survey participants, whereas citizens accounted for the smallest share. In addition, book selection was the most highly rated aspect of the library, while facilities received the lowest proportion of positive ratings.
Focus first on respondents by target group including, citizens, students and readers. While readers accounted for 45%of respondents, having almost a half share of participants, students constituted 35%, representing the second rate. In contrast, citizens showed the lowest proportion, at mere 20%.
Regarding library aspects evaluated most positively such as, library’s facilities, book selection and services, the biggest amount was for book selection, whereas facilities showed a quarter. Book selection comprised the largest segment of positive evaluations, at 40%, followed by services at 35%. However, facilities stood at just 25%, respectively.
