The pie charts illustrate the results of a survey conducted among three target groups about different aspects of a public library in an unspecified year and country.
Overall, readers represented the largest share of surveyed groups, whereas the reverse was true for citizens. As for the library aspect rated most positively, while the highest percentage accounted for book selection, facilities showed the lowest.
To start with respondents by target cohort, readers, who made up the highest share, led the group at 45%. When it comes to students and citizens, the former stood at 35% and the latter at 20%.
Regarding the library aspect rated with the highest satisfaction, book selection recorded the highest proportion at 40%. There was a 10 percentage-point difference in the figure for services and facilities with the dominance of the former at 35%.
