The pie charts compare the proportions of survey responses, broked down by three target groups, regarding various aspects of a public library. Overall, both charts showed a similar pattern, although the percentage of readers was higher, in contrast to diversity of books among respondents. As for students and services, the figures were the same, whereas citizens and facilities showed slight differences.
Focusing on the respondents by target group, readers were a category, that was the largest aspect among the results, accounting for almost half the figure for the total at 45%. In comparison, students ranked second place representing 35% of the overall responses, which was significantly lower than readers, but ahead of citizens by a margin of 15%. Consequantly, citizens made up a smaller share among the three group, standing 20%.
Regarding library aspects, the book selection received an overwhelmingly positive rating of 40%. Apparently to the high point, readers were most pleased with the diversity of book selection. In contrast to book selection, services showed a marginally difference of 5% lower. Coming at the other end of the spectrum, facilities ranked last only at 25%.
