Overall, the figures for all areas have the intake of protein more from others than from animals, except for India. Notably, North Americans have the largest absorption in both protein and calories.
Regarding the average protein intake, citizens in North America consume 80 units, namely roughly 62 and 18 units from animal protein and other protein ,in order. Besides, the figure for Latin America is approximately 45 units, which is over 30 units of animal protein. In addition, the statistics for East Africa and India consume nearly the same amount of protein around 30 units, with roughly half of other sources.
In terms of caloric intake, there are 3500 units consumed from North Americans, which is 700 units higher than that of Latin America. Meanwhile, the consumption of East Africa accounted for 2400 units, followed by 2000 units average in India.
