The Bar provides information on the percentage of people living in one of Scotland’s Glasgow city having different levels of educational qualification(No Qualification, School certificate and University Degree) in the year 2010. Where as, the two pie charts illustrates the proportion of men and woman with the same level of education qualification with age not factored into analysis .
One noticeable features in the data is that the proportion of educational level is revealed to be identical for two age groups(16 to 24 and 35-50) with modest difference in second age group. Additionally, people aged 75 and above are recorded to be highest in lacking educational qualification. If we take two pie charts in combination. It is evident that the educational level are identical with almost same proportion among men and woman with as little difference as 3 percent to no variance at all.
From the Bar chart it is clear first three age group had highest number of degree holders with approximately 7 out every 10 people, with small variance in second age group which constituted to be 76 percentage of degree holders. where as, the number of non-qualified people remained same with 9 out 100 in fraction. This was followed by age group belonging to 50-75 years in age with 5 out of 10 people qualified with university degree and 30 percent to be non-qualified. the last age group with 75 years of age and more had least percentage of people with university degree and also with highest proportion of unqualified individuals. One interesting feature from the Bar graph is the percentage of individuals with school certificate level is disclosed to approximately same for the first four age groups ranging from 15 to 20 percent with fifth age group being the only exception with 3 percent in proportion.
The most interesting feature that emerges from the two pie charts is that percentage of men and woman with school certificate is identical in figures(33 percent).Furthermore, proportion of qualified and unqualified( males and females) were approximatley same in percentage with small 3% deviation with former at 38% females and 35% males and latter stands at 29% and 32%, respectively.
