Currently, a reception desk is opposite the entrance, which is located at the right bottom. After which, there is a WCs on the top right corner and there are also, two large rectangular grass areas on both left and right sides of the building. On the top, there are facilities, such as kitchen, canteen and stock room, which are placed near each other. At the bottom, there are four office block which are place in a row.
In the future development, entrance will be placed in the middle bottom of the building, with the reception right opposite it. On the left and right of the entrance, there will be two office blocks. Another two office blocks will be placed on top left corner of the building with a stock room near them. On the left side, instead of ordinary grass area, there will be an outdoor sitting area. However, on the right side, there will be placed a meeting area, with coffee area and WCs on the top right corner.
