The plans display the current organization of a typical office, with projections for the future development of it. Overall, significant changes are planning to make to the interior of the office with the addition of several new facilities. Notably, a few features from the original layout will be remained intact, while the remainder are likely to be either expanded or removed.
At the moment, the office has a conventional layout. The bottom part of the office features four adjacent office rooms, with the entrance and a reception nearby. In front of these office blocks, a kitchen, canteen, and a stock room have been placed with WCs next to it. In addition, both the west and east sections contain a green space.
According to the proposed plan, while only two offices in the southern section will stay and be expanded, the entrance and reception will be moved to between these two. As for the northern section, those two offices from the south will be moved to here and the stock room is proposed to stay in its position. The grass area on the eastern side will be converted into a meeting area and the WCs will be moved in it, to the north with the construction of a coffee house next to it. Lastly, the green space on in the western section will be redeveloped as an outdoor sitting area, improving the access to the open area.
