The pie charts illustrate the share of volunteers taking part in six different organizations in 2008 and 2014. Overall, the proportion of volunteers who supported environmental, sport, and health care exhibited a gradual growth of various extents, while the opposite was true for art, education, and others. Among them, many volunteers joined the environmental organization.

This was distantly followed by environmental with 21% and then art with 18%. Sport and others saw the same rate, each representing 15%. Lastly, health care presented the smallest percentage of volunteers, with just 7%.
However, in 2014, all proportions changed variously. Environmental volunteering faced a significant increase, becoming the main organization and reaching 29%. The figure for sport accounted for 25%, distantly followed by art and education with respective 12% and 17%. While the figure for health care saw a slight rise, the share of others faced a decline.
