Overall, in the bar chart, the majority of people regard their interest in the subject and qualifications as their primal motivation for fostering further academic learning, while they also believe it is mainly each individual’s responsibility to purchase for their courses.
Regarding the bar chart, seven reasons can be divided into three parts, the highest group includes interest in the subject and qualifications, occupied 40% and 38% resepctively. The middle group, with the average of approximately 21%, consists of people who think education is helpful for their current job, promotions and liking. Two least popular reasons are the the ability to switch occupations and broadening their social circles.
In terms of the pie chart, taxpayers constitute for the least amount of the costs, 25%. In contrast, individuals and employers’ purchase 40% and 35% of the expenses respectively.
