The charts offer insights into the proportion of 3 distinct energy sources namely fossil fuel, hydro power and nuclear power in 4 different countries: India, Sweden, Morocco and Vietnam during 2003 and 2008.
Overall, fossil fuel was the most popular source of electricity to be used in Vietnam and India. On the other hand, hydropower was the primary energy source produced to be used in other countries. Additionally, Morocco and Vietnam didn’t use nuclear power for electricity production.
Regarding India and Sweden, while the percentage of fossil fuel in India accounted for 82%, was the greatest electricity to be used that the percentage of fossil fuel in Sweden contributed 4%, was the lowest electricity to be used. In contracts, the statistics on nuclear power in Sweden with 44% and the portion of nuclear power made up only 4% in other country . Similarly, the figure for hydro power in Sweden constituted 52% although the rate of hydro power decreased considerably with 14%.
Next to Morocco and Vietnam, both of them did not produce nuclear energy. In Morocco almost used hydro energy as it took up 95% in total number. However, a significant decrease of over double (44%) in the rate of power energy in Vietnam. The source of electricity occupied a minimal number (5%) in Morocco, was fossil fuel to be used. Conversely, there was a substantial growth with 56% ( about eleven times) in other countries.
