The given bar graph compares the ratio of males who prefer watching sports events and that of those who would rather take part in sports activities.
Overall, it can be seen that the football, house riding and racing have the maximum viewership, while fishing has the maximum participation. In addition, in all the sports except one, viewership exceeded the participation.
Looking at the graph in more details, a large percentage of males (about 45%) in the given country enjoy watching football, horse riding and racing. However, the participation in these games is considerably less at approximately 10% and 20% respectively. Approximately 36% like to watch basketball and an equal proportion of males (27% each) watch rugby and badminton. The percentage of participating in rugby is nearly 18% and in basketball and badminton is 25% each.
Moving further, fishing is the only sport in which the percentage of participation is more than watchers. Above 50% of men do fishing whereas the percentile of spectators is the least at 14% approximately.
