The diagram details the various components of a smokehouse and describes its mechanism.
Overall, the system encompasses three main components that are interconnected together underground together: an air storage, a log burner, and a smoking system. Additionally, the functionality of the system involves three steps: collecting air to burn the log in the burner then the smoke air going to the smoking system.
Regarding the structure of the home smokery, the air container absorbs air from the ground level from an open lid. Subsequently, the burner underground has a lid on the ground to put the log into the fire system. The food box is above two-layered bricks that are linked up with the fire system. While the other parts of the system are fully underground, the smoking house is both underground and on the ground.
Regarding the processing, the system contains three main steps. Firstly, the air will be collected through a lid on the ground and go to the air storage. The air will be undergone through a pipe that is connected to the fire system, which will fire the log. After all the logs are burnt, the smoke is gone through another pipe to go the two-layered bricks. Finally, the food above the bricks will be heated by the smoke air.
